🔹 How to create and save a draft
- Create a New Group Message: Head to the “Group Messages” tab in Nimble and click “New Group Message”. Start building your message as usual — add your subject line, personalize your content, and choose your recipient list.
- Save as a Draft: Click the 3 dots on the bottom right corner and hit “Save Draft” Your message will be stored in the “Drafts” tab on the top of your group message page.
🔹 How to share a Group Message
- To share sent group messages, simply go to your Group Messages from the Outreach tab and click the unlock button next to your Group Message you’d like to share
- To share drafted group messages, head to the drafts tab on your group messages page and click the unlock button next to your Group Message you’d like to share
- To share a new Group Message, in the Message Visibility Section, click “Public”

- You can share your Group Messages at any stage of the process — whether they’re still drafts awaiting feedback, scheduled to send later, or already published and active. This flexibility lets your team collaborate and stay aligned throughout every step of your outreach campaigns.
