Our customers’ experience is always a top priority to us here at Nimble.
As we evolve Nimble into a CRM that the entire company can use, enjoy and benefit from, our team has been hard at work to ensure a top-notch Customer Management experience for all of our users. We recently embarked on a journey to modernize the technology that powers Nimble’s user interface to enable us to bring our Nimble users a cleaner design that is easier and faster to use and consistent across the board.
One of our first steps on that journey was updating Nimble’s user interface by adjusting the main navigation to the left-hand side to make it easier to navigate and more room for our main application! This is part of our greater mission to revamp Nimble and improve the way that it works with you and for you.
Cleaner Design, Easier Navigation
Our new navigation design launch is an important milestone. By moving Nimble’s Navigation to the left side of the screen, you are now able to utilize more space to view important information at a glance.
Additionally, you can now access your settings and Nimble support more easily from anywhere in the application. The Settings and Help buttons now live on the bottom right corner of your screen. With the Help button, you can now message our support team, access support articles, and even sign up to join our educational CRM training webinars.

More Screen Space with Collapsible Menu
When using the main Contacts tab, you will see that our menu is now collapsible. This is so you can utilize the entire screen when segmenting your database or otherwise working with your contacts.
Updating our Navigation was only the first step in revamping Nimble to make it even better, smarter, and faster! We are always listening to our customers and using their feedback to continue to improve. Be on the lookout for more updates to come!
