Microsoft Inspire, the annual conference that Microsoft provides for its global partner community, is just around the corner (July 14 – 18, 2019). Thousands of partners from more than 130 countries are expected to arrive in Las Vegas to learn about the product roadmap, the direction Microsoft leadership is headed, how to accelerate the digital transformation for themselves and their customers, as well as how to extend their sales and leadership knowledge.
Attending Inspire is an amazing opportunity for you and your team to learn from other partners, create new relationships, catch up with your current business partners, and to gain insights from Microsoft team members.
Because of the positive feedback we received on our list of the 60 #MSInspire thought leaders to follow in 2018, we decided to make it even easier for attendees to grow their network during Inspire this year. The list is a compilation of key people to connect and learn from across Microsoft’s entire ecosystem including; speakers, official Microsoft Twitter accounts, Microsoft team members, thought leaders, subject matter experts, MVPs, distribution partners, resellers, and software creators.
We put the list together because we believe that building relationships is the most important aspect of building a business. After you have identified people that you’d like to invite for an in-person meeting at Inspire, go through their digital footprint to find out what drives them and reach out with a tailored message.
During your meeting, let them tell you what they are passionate about and what their current business focuses and struggles are. If you listen and let other people talk, they will share what you need to know to figure out how you may add value to their journey and help them achieve what they want.

Methodology – How We Built The #MSInspire List
We used the combination of our internal database containing the research results we did in 2017 and 2018, a tool called LittleBird and BuzzSumo that allows you to analyze connections across the social web to discover top influencers based on industries, hashtags etc., and the MyInspire Connections and the Meeting Request Tool to identify top people that are attending the conference.</p >
While we have not captured all MS Inspire insiders, these individuals certainly caught our attention and we think are worth following on Twitter and connecting with at the conference. People are listed in alphabetical order by last name.
