Nimble Adds Relationship Insights to Salesforce via Cirrus Integration

We have some exciting news to share with you today. We are making a huge announcement that will forever change the way people perceive and use Nimble on a daily basis. Nimble now adds value to existing CRM Salesforce users workflow.

Historically, people have thought of Nimble as a CRM or a social relationship manager. Now with our Nimble Smart Contacts App in Chrome we can also add Relationship Insights to any browser business app, including existing CRM’s.

With the integration, salespeople can use the power of Nimble to leverage powerful social insights right within their Gmail inbox to build business relationships and close deals faster. This integration functions similarly to the Smart Contacts App for Chrome where you can map profiles and work within Nimble from the dashboard, but it has the added functionality of links between Salesforce and Cirrus Insights.

Nimble’s Smart Social Relationship Manager gathers information from social media platforms such as Twitter, AngelList, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+, Foursquare, Instagram and more. This social data, including work history, is then integrated with Salesforce information inside Gmail through the Cirrus Insight in-email sidebar.
