How to Use Nimble’s Business Card Scanner

Scanning business cards into Nimble is quick and seamless. Here’s how to get started:

Open the Nimble Mobile App
Tap the More button in the bottom navigation menu.
Select Business Card Scanner from the options.

This will activate your camera. You can choose between:

Manual Mode – Adjust the camera frame to fit the business card yourself.
Auto Mode – Let Nimble automatically detect and scan the card for you.

Alternatively, if you already have a photo of a business card saved on your phone, tap the Photos button in the top right corner to select an image from your gallery.

Once scanned, Nimble will instantly create a new contact record, pulling in key details like full name, email, phone number, and more from the card so you can start engaging right away!
