Design Smarter Forms with Custom Text Fields and Image Blocks

We’ve added two new features to help enhance your web forms: Rich Text Fields and Image Blocks. Now you can make your forms more engaging and clear by adding customized text formatting and visual elements. These updates give you more control and flexibility, making it easier to create forms that align with your brand and communicate more effectively.

Add Style and Clarity with Rich Text Fields & Image Blocks

With Rich Text Fields, you can format your text to make it stand out and provide clearer instructions.

What you can do:

  • Customize font family, text color, and background color
  • Use bold, italic, underline, and line height for emphasis
  • Organize content with ordered and unordered lists
  • Add quote blocks, indentation, and clear formatting
  • Insert links to other resources or forms
  • Upload Images to your forms

Ways to Get the Most Out of Rich Text Fields:

1. Instructions Above Form Fields

Provide clear, concise instructions directly above each form field to guide responses, such as “Enter your full name” or “Include your order number for faster processing.”

2. Section Headers to Break Up Longer Forms

Use section headers like “Personal Information” or “Shipping Information” to organize longer forms and make them easier to navigate.

3. Legal Disclaimers or Additional Information

Add important disclaimers or privacy policy links in a readable format, like “By submitting this form, you agree to our terms of service.”

4. Links to External Pages or Resources

Insert links to helpful resources like FAQs or product guides, such as “Click here for more details.”

Enhance Your Forms with Image Blocks

Image Blocks allow you to easily insert images directly into your form. This feature is perfect for adding visuals like logos, instructions, or banners to create a more polished and engaging experience. Best of all, no coding is required—just drag, drop, and upload your images where needed.

All fields are required.

Ways to Incorporate Image Blocks:

  • Logo Placement for Consistent Branding
Add your company’s logo at the top or within your form to maintain consistent branding. This helps reinforce your brand identity and ensures that the form feels professional and aligned with your company’s style.
  • Visual Instructions or Examples to Clarify Fields or Steps
Use images to provide step-by-step guidance or examples of how to complete specific fields. For instance, if you’re asking for a file upload, include an example image of the acceptable file type or size to avoid confusion.
  • Screenshots or Guides to Assist with Completing Certain Fields
Add screenshots or visual guides next to specific fields to show exactly what information is needed. This is especially useful for forms that require complex details, helping to reduce errors and improve the form-filling experience.
  • Banners or Separators to Create a Cleaner, More Organized Layout
Use banners or separators to break up long forms or distinct sections. This visual organization helps to reduce overwhelming content and makes the form easier to navigate, especially when dealing with multi-step or lengthy forms.
