Eamon successfully exited the company in 2018. His latest venture is Hikari where he leads a team of business and technology professionals who specialise in the areas of CRM, Business Intelligence & Data Solutions. He also acts as a strategic advisor to both startups and established businesses as well as a number of Microsoft partners around the world.

Mara is the Marketing Manager at Spanish Point Technologies, where she is responsible for the development and management of the marketing strategy across the business, including the planning and implementation of all marketing activities. Skilled in Digital Advertising, Customer Relationship Management, Lead Generation, Customer Service and Event Management, Mara has experience in a wide range of sectors having previously worked for the Federal Prosecutor for the Consumer of the Mexican Government and as Marketing Manager for an architect firm in Ireland. Currently, Mara serves as President of the IAMCP Irish Chapter.

Elena spent 23 years in the technology industry of which 9 years were working directly for Microsoft managing their top managed partners and GSIs in the UK. In 2013 she founded 365 Talent Portal to help Microsoft partners hire and train Microsoft Dynamics 365 resources attracting over 8,000 members in 134 countries. Elena is a strong advocate for engaging better with Microsoft and building effective and complementary partnerships. She is the IAMCP UK Chapter President and IAMCP EMEA Vice-President. Elena also leads the IAMCP Diversity and Inclusion Committee in EMEA and sits on the Women in Technology Network Board in the UK.
