CallHippo compliments Nimble by enabling you to connect with your customer all over the world. Generate and track leads with features like power dialer, coach- speech AI, call tracking, voice broadcasting, number masking, smart switch, SMS sending and a lot more.
CallHippo’s automated workflows eliminate the need to manually enter data in two different systems. Save agents time by configuring certain CallHippo events to automatically trigger Nimble actions.
How to integrate CallHippo with Nimble?
To integrate your CallHippo account with Nimble, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Nimble account.
2. Go to profile(as shown in picture) and click on Settings.
3. Now click on Api tokens and copy Token (highlighted in picture).
4. Write it somewhere.
5. Now you have the token.
In your CallHippo account
1. Log in to your account and go to the integrations tab.
2. Now click on +integrate/connect button and you will be redirected to another page.
3. Now click on +Connect Your Nimble and Enter your Token which you copied earlier and click on Save.
4. Now it should say Datasource is linked. Click on Ok.
5. Now click on next and your will be redirected to your CallHippo account and your status will be changed to Integrated.
6. You have successfully integrated your Nimble account with CallHippo.
Features of Nimble Integration
1. All your Nimble contact will be synced with CallHippo dialer as a contact.
2. Whenever you add and update a new contact in a Nimble, it will be synced with CallHippo in every 4 hours.
3. You will get call activity for any call made to or received from any of your Nimble contacts in CallHippo dialer.
4. You will also get SMS activity for any SMS sent or received from any of your nimble contacts in CallHippo dialer.
