No. Your Group Messages and Sequences work exactly as they always have. Email Marketing simply gives you the option to send them through a dedicated marketing engine instead of your personal Microsoft or Google inbox — which removes daily limits and adds a full marketing toolkit.
Once enabled, you'll see your Email Marketing address as an option in the From field when composing a Group Message or Sequence. Select it and your send routes through the marketing engine automatically. You can still choose your Microsoft or Google address for personal 1:1 emails anytime.
Monthly plan users will be billed $15/month automatically unless the add-on is removed. Annual plan users have Email Marketing included for their full annual term at no extra cost. You'll receive a reminder before any billing begins.
Yes — domain authentication (SPF/DKIM) is required to send through the Email Marketing engine. This protects your sender reputation and ensures deliverability. Your concierge onboarding session includes help setting this up, and it typically takes about 15 minutes.
No subscriber tax. The base plan includes 1,000 emails per month. Need more? Purchase additional packages as you go — 2,000 emails for $15/month, 10,000 for $69/month, or 25,000 for $99/month. You pay for what you send, not for contacts you store.
Yes. You can set up multiple sender profiles — marketing@, info@, sales@, or individual team members — and select the right one for each campaign.
