Our customers\u2019 experience is always a top priority to us here at Nimble.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As we evolve Nimble into a CRM that the entire company can use, enjoy and benefit from, our team has been hard at work to ensure a top-notch Customer Management experience for all of our users. We recently embarked on a journey to modernize the technology that powers Nimble’s user interface to enable us to bring our Nimble users a cleaner design<\/a> that is easier and faster to use and consistent across the board.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

One of our first steps on that journey was updating Nimble\u2019s user interface by adjusting the main navigation to the left-hand side to make it easier to navigate and more room for our main application! This is part of our greater mission to revamp Nimble and improve the way that it works with you and for you.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cleaner Design, Easier Navigation<\/b><\/h2>\n

Our new navigation design launch is an important milestone. By moving Nimble\u2019s Navigation to the left side of the screen, you are now able to utilize more space to view important information at a glance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Additionally, you can now access your settings and Nimble support more easily from anywhere in the application. The Settings and Help buttons now live on the bottom right corner of your screen. With the Help button, you can now message our support team, access support articles, and even sign up to join our educational CRM training webinars.<\/span><\/p>\n
