Today business software comparison site G2 Crowd released its crowdsourced review grid for CRM, and Nimble is named as a High Performer, ranking in the top three for customer satisfaction in the CRM category, with a 94 satisfaction score, Nimble’s was the most significant shift in scale and satisfaction in the category.

Nimble’s satisfaction rating (94) represents a 23% increase since G2 Crowd’s last report. We also saw an increase of 36% in scale, a measurement of the company’s overall market share (which includes growth in number of employees, market share based on share of voice, momentum based on web traffic, and social impact based on Klout score, Twitter and LinkedIn followers, among other factors).
