Our Ideal Marketing Associate

You will spearhead efforts to cultivate an engaged Nimble community in and around the areas of our brand promise: namely faster, smarter, better prospecting, social selling, digital marketing, and business development. You have a positive attitude, a tireless work ethic and an insatiable appetite to grow. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, energetic environment while striving to meet high goals.

You also reside within a reasonable distance of our Santa Monica, California office.


  • Social Media Channel Management: Cultivate an engaged Nimble community and help transform our social media channels into lead generation channels. Responsibilities include proactive social listening and engagement, community management, and relationship building relationships with industry influencers.
  • Research Conferences: Research and recommend trade shows and Chats that where our target audiences and influencers gather. Help us draft awards submissions and attend in-person or virtually and also build our speakers’ bureau.
  • Public Relations: Build out our awards program; curate the HARO press sourcing service; track run items and maintain our website press page.
  • Blog: Administer the Nimble blog. Develop and publish content while adhering to SEO best practices
  • Execute Guerilla Marketing Campaigns
  • Email Marketing: Administer and A/B test email marketing campaigns.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields is a plus
  • One year Social Media experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals
  • Understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a high-speed start-up environment

Bonus Skills:

  • Personal blog & strong social network presence
  • Proficiency in using CMS, social, and marketing platforms for brand building: Act-On, Buffer, Hootsuite, WordPress, Meet Edgar, Google Analytics, and Intercom
  • Knowledge of CRM or SaaS industry
