Podcasts are an amazing way to enjoy great content from around the world. One of the many benefits of listening to content is that it feels personal and it’s a much more intimate experience than reading the information in a blog post.

This post is part one of two part series. To read 13 Marketing Podcasts You’ll love Part II go here.

How to listen

Apple has a built-in Podcasts App which covers all the basics. It allows you to download and stream, play audio and video and it also syncs with iTunes on Mac and Windows. I am personally happy with what it has to offer, but there are plenty of options available on the App Store. If you are not an iPhone person, you can listen on your iPad, Android or computer using Stitcher.

Is there a marketing podcast you love that I should know about? Let me know in the comments or on Twitter at @MichaProuzova.

So if you are not the type that enjoys 45 minutes or even hour long podcast episodes, this might be the perfect podcast for you. Oh, and make sure to check out their blog.

#NimbleTip:

Traci and Dawn answer one of their listener’s questions about social media management tool, Edgar, and compared it to the more well-known Hootsuite, Hootsuite. What they like about Edgar is that you can create a library of tweets and it will recycle them for you. This is something that Edgar has to offer that Hootsuite does not. When it came to picking the best one, these ladies decided to go with a completely different tool called SocialOomph. Because it allows you to create queues and you can decide how often you want these tweets to go out. That way you never have to reschedule.
